The Evaluation Learning Circle is a community of leadership development evaluators, practitioners, and funders who share resources, engage in shared inquiry, and generate collective knowledge about how best to support and evaluate leadership development for social change and social justice. We are part of the Leadership Learning Community.
We use evaluation and research as tools to:
We use virtual and face-to-face learning activities to explore answers to our most important questions. We document our learning through the Evaluation Knowledge Pool where we share and link to practical resources that can be used to strengthen program design and implementation and improve our evaluations.
A Leadership Development Evaluation Wiki provides a platform for those who conduct evaluations and research studies to share the evidence, stories, insights, and lessons learned about developing, supporting, and evaluating leadership. The purpose of this Wiki is to generate a knowledge base for the field of leadership development that will continue to evolve and expand as we learn. We have chosen to experiment with a Wiki because it embodies our belief in the power of collective learning to produce wisdom that exceeds what any one of us knows by ourselves. This wiki is viewable to all, however it is password protected so that only learning circle participants are able to edit the wiki, upload documents and particpate in discussion. We invite you to join us!
